Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what we collect when you use Frankenstein Ultra, Victor, and stitchlab.dev.
1. What we collect
- Waitlist / contact: name (if provided), email address, and message content you submit
- Download / site logs: basic technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability
- Email you send us: content needed to answer licensing, custom-build, or support questions
- Licensing / activation (when applicable): information needed to validate, grant, or revoke a license or seat — for example a device or installation identifier, license status, app version, package identifier, and related timestamps. We do not need your LLM API keys for public downloads.
2. What stays on your device
Project files and credentials you enter in the app (for example third-party AI or developer account tokens) are intended to stay on your device unless you choose to connect a service that requires transmission.
3. Third-party AI and developer services
When you use a third-party AI or developer provider inside Frankenstein, prompts and project or workspace content needed to perform your request may be transmitted to that provider. That transmission is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy, not ours. You supply and pay for your own credentials where required.
4. How we use data
- Respond to waitlist and contact messages
- Validate licenses or seats when a build uses our licensing services
- Operate and secure the website and download endpoints
- Prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the site and app services (for example hosting or infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf), with third-party providers you explicitly connect, or when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep contact and waitlist messages as needed to reply and for limited abuse prevention. Licensing-related records are kept as needed to administer seats and comply with our Terms. You may request deletion of personal data we hold by emailing [email protected] (some records may be retained where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes).
7. Children
The site and app downloads are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your region).
8. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Policy.
